Champagne Alexis Leconte La Terre Mere Extra Brut Local NJ Laz has always had SouthernThe Champagne is a 100% Meunier from Troissy in the Valle de la Marne. The grapes are from the Lieut dits La Pice des Cotas with a westerly exposure and La Pices des Uselants with a north north westerly exposure on stony, marly, clayey and sandy subsoil. Vinification takes place in wood and terracotta amphorae. No malolactic fermentation is undertaken. The champagne received the Tirage 04 2020 and the Dgorgement 02 2022. It has 3. 2 grams of dosage.
